Thought Forms A thought form is an aggregate of matter drawn either from the mental or from the astral plane or even a combination of both. Its shape is determined by the clarity of the thought and its color by the quality of the thought. In other words, the clearer the thinking, the more precise will be its shape, and the higher and purer its quality, i.e., its motivation, the more vibrant and brilliant will be its color. Thought forms are created by the soul to use them as vehicles to express itself on the 3 lower planes of manifestation. The soul is intelligence itself and therefore able to analyze, discriminate and divide within the realized synthesis (a conscious whole in service) which governs its activity. The soul is the mediator between the world of divine ideation and the world of forms. As a conscious unit in service for the divine purpose it is constantly aspiring toward that which is higher than itself and is conditioning that which is lower than itself, namely the personality. It is always in touch with the Universal Mind and its very existence can be known by its capacity and the way through which it conditions the personality. Through these conditioning factors of the soul, man’s life, his desires, his habits, his tendencies and his thoughts are gradually brought in line with the impulses from the soul. The principle of manas, the mind, is an attribute of the soul. The soul communicates by sending out impulses. These impulses bring the mind stuff (chitta) into activity. By using its creative imagination, the soul on its own plane produces thought forms that embody divine principles, divine ideas and ideals. The function of such a though form, created by the soul on it sown plane, is 3-fold: 1. to respond to vibrations, 2. to provide a vehicle for an idea, 3. to carry out a specific purpose. These thought forms are brought down to the astral plane via antahkarana where they then can be picked up by the personality. The personality, sensing these thought forms, now tries to interpret them and bringing them down to its own level via brain. By doing that, the personality now creates its own thought form, based on what was sensed before. But this new thought form of the personality is influenced by the personality’s own desire and ambition and therefore often grossly distorted and misinterpreted to fit its own purpose. A perfect example of such a misinterpretation and distortion is the principle of love as it was practiced and taught by Christ himself. It took humanity a long time, almost two thousand years, to become consciously aware of this divine principle. It is only beginning now to penetrate into the consciousness of man and is still only a faint reflection of the love as Christ presented it and lived it. True love is motivated by pure reason in complete harmony with the divine will and divine purpose. In fact, the divine principle of love on the higher planes is PURE REASON. It is the divine principle of LOVE-PURE REASON which will become totally unfolded during this Solar System because this Solar System is governed by the Second Ray, the Ray of LOVE-WISDOM. A divine principle works out in three stages during the evolutionary process of consciousness in man. For example, the principle of love will first be expressed by man as physical desire and will be totally self-centered. The second stage will be a soul expression when desire is transmuted into aspiration which is group-oriented. The third stage is an expression of spirit in which aspiration is transmuted into all-inclusive PURE REASON, the true expression of the divine principle of LOVE. The majority of man is still entirely concerned with the first stage of the principle of love, namely physical desire – sex expressed by the personality. A few of the more advanced human beings are in the train of transmuting this sexual desire into aspiration which is an attribute of soul expression, constituting the second stage. The third stage is still in a very, very far distance. Concerning this divine principle of love, brought down to the astral level by Christ, we know that it has been presented in myriads of thought forms on both planes, the astral and the mental, created by man on every rung of the ladder of spiritual evolution, the evolution of consciousness. In fact, the astral as well as the lower mental plane are crowded with thought forms and images created by man himself who has thus created the worlds of glamour and illusion. Many or even most of these thought forms and images are built unconsciously. The mind stuff is thrown into activity by soul impulses and the form-building faculty of the concrete mind begins to express the desires and ambitions of the personality through thought forms. The matter of which these thought forms are built depends on which sub plane of the mental or astral plane the personality is focused and on the degree of sensitivity the personality is displaying. The higher the sensitivity, the higher will be the sub plane and the finer the matter used to build the thought forms, whether the personality is focused on the mental or astral plane, the polarization of a certain vehicle depends on the dominant ray at a given time. In fact, it is man who fills the two planes with myriads of images and thought forms and creates large regions of glamour and illusions. These deceptive worlds, created by humanity, must also be dissipated by humanity. This can only be done after man has reached the stage of a soul-infused personality and is able to use the soul energy consciously. This potent soul energy is powerful enough to disperse the huge and deceptive clouds of glamour and illusion. Thought forms of a higher quality, which are fashioned by the personality, after those coming from the soul’s own plane, and are used to inspire and guide humanity, are always containing a grain of truth which is grasped by the personality. This grain of truth will become the motivating power, regardless to what degree the sensed divine idea or principle might be distorted and/or misinterpreted by the limited view of the personality. According to the point in its evolution of consciousness, the personality, influenced by emotion and/or intellect, will view this grain of truth as the whole truth and thus this grain of truth becomes inevitably distorted and is misinterpreted. Only the soul on its own plane can view the divine principle or idea as a synthetic whole because the soul is consciously in contact with the Universal Mind or the Mind of God. So this grain of truth is only a fragment of the whole principle or idea, that fragment which could be comprehended by the limited faculties of the mind of the personality. It therefore can only be a temporary truth, that is to say, it is a fragment or one point of the whole idea that will bring some hidden fact and/or hidden purpose into the light and thus aide man to widen his horizon and to expand his consciousness. After man has reached the higher level of consciousness and begins to understand the phenomena of the level, the fragment of truth that caused the expansion of consciousness might have lost its validity because of the now extended view of the personality sees a larger portion of the idea sensed before and realizes that those grains can only present the truth of the universal principle and idea when viewed as a synthetic WHOLE. As a single grain it is only a partial and temporary truth, used to aid man in the process of the evolution of his consciousness through constant expansion. Although the latent seed or germ of consciousness is present all the time from the first moment of physical manifestation, it has to be awakened and developed. In order for this latent germ to become awake, grow and develop it needs an adequate channel to express itself and totally unfold. Such a channel of expression is the personality with its various vehicles. The word evolution is often misleading to those who search for the deeper meaning of life because they immediately think of the evolution of matter and form as it is stated and proven by scientists. Undoubtedly the evolution of matter and form is the prerequisite for the evolution of consciousness to provide a refined channel for the soul to express itself and entirely unfold the seed or germ of consciousness, but modern man has individualized long ago and is now in the second stage of development. During this second stage man is now becoming slowly aware of his basically dual nature which will eventually lead him to the recognition and conscious awareness of his soul and the intangible worlds surrounding him. This second stage in the evolutionary development of humanity is called initiation. Initiation means entering into a new and larger world through expansion of consciousness and the subsequent comprehension of the energy and phenomena of this new and wider dimensional world. The evolutionary process which underlies the whole divine scheme of creation to which everything manifested, including man, is subject, is very slow. With regard to man, it entails many series of incarnations and constant experiences in matter and its vibrational value. Although evolution of consciousness is inevitable, man can choose to accelerate the extremely slow general process by following a prescribed narrow path instead of following the wide road of the masses. Both roads will lead man to the threshold of liberation, the only difference is the time element and the additional unselfish service for the sake of mankind in full co-operation with the divine plan, known to the Hierarchy, the 4th Spiritual Hierarchy for Humanity, of which the man following such a narrow path will eventually become an initiated member long before humanity as a whole reaches that stage.

Shar's Essays #2:THE LIFE OF THE SOUL

It is said that humanity at its present state of Evolution of Consciousness needs, more than ever, those who can testify to the Life of the Soul. This means that men and women are needed who are able to undertake the transition from the human kingdom into the kingdom of the souls and can therefore verify the existence of Soul Life. After having experienced such a transition in full consciousness, they are able to speak of their own CONSCIOUS experience and thus testify to the truth of statements made by mystics and occultists during ages. At this time, of course, there are only comparatively few who are at this point of spiritual development. However, anyone who is sincere in his search for TRUTH and is therefore making a constant concentrated effort to become more INCLUSIVE in his thinking and acting in everyday life, and who is constantly trying to expand his view by detaching himself from the identification with his physical appearance will greatly accelerate the extremely slow process of evolutionary steps concerning the Evolution of Consciousness. In order to do that most effectively, he has to begin by studying and learning as much as possible about the aspects of his own triple manifestation: the Monad or Point of Light, the soul as the reflection of the monad, and the personality concerning his physical existence. He should go out from the fact that everything in this GREAT UNIVERSE, manifested or not manifested, is ENERGY or LIGHT, including man himself. This, of course, is difficult for the average man to comprehend and can only be a theoretical knowledge for him, a hypothesis, which will only become a fact to him after he has experienced himself the transition from the kingdom of humanity into the kingdom of Souls. Nevertheless, even the average man of our modern societies has had, at one time or another, an individual experience of his basic duality by becoming consciously aware of something that was beyond or should we say behind the physical appearance. This frequently happens at the moment when man is functioning unconsciously in one or the other vehicles, most likely in his astral form because most of them are firmly focused on the astral/emotional level, if he is mentally polarized, it will more likely be his lower mental form. But these often fleeting impressions are soon forgotten in the hectic times of our modern life. Others, who for one reason or another, are more consistent in their search for the true purpose of life, are frequently side-tracked by confusing statements which they hear or read, or by following some group or method which seems to be the path of least resistance because of their own nature without using their power of discrimination. They simply need a secure haven from where they can live their lives in the security of some doctrine or proclaimed highway to heaven. Unfortunately, only very few of them use their mental faculties to examine more closely what is presented to them in some form or other. Only by comparing it with what they already know or have experienced, and by studying other available interpretations of divine principles, will they be able to recognize whether it is the right group for them at their particular point in development. We should NEVER blindly follow anyone or any method because we all have the capacity to think and our FREEDOM of CHOICE. If someone imposes his own views and ideas upon his fellowmen, proclaiming that it is the ONLY way, you can be sure that he is not what he claims to be because he has already violated the birthright of every human being, the freedom of choice. However, following blindly is also a particular human characteristic which is based on the former herd instinct. Man is then not willing to accept his own responsibility, but rather submits it to some type of authority, especially in matters concerning his subtle spiritual nature. His ignorance and fear bring out this basic tendency and this will remain part of his personality trend if he doesn’t make a sincere and constant effort to break this habitual instinctive reaction. He should try to develop an alert mind which is open to everything and welcomes new ideas and methods, but only accept what either he knows himself to be true because of individual experience, or which rings true to him for one reason or another. WE must be free to explore all possible avenues by using theoretical or book knowledge as base so that we truly can choose the one which seems the most logical and the most compatible with regard to our individual make-up, based on the pre-dominant ray of the personality. But, most of all, we should constantly try to learn more about ourselves by studying life and its purpose and not only deal with concrete matters but also with the abstract by going out from handed-down theoretical knowledge. In exploring a specific point of interest, we will not only increase our knowledge but inevitably expand our personal view and, if pursued, it will often provide an experience and/or understanding of something new according to the occult statement: Energy follows Thought. The Consciousness of man is the sum-total of the other 3 kingdoms of nature, SELF-CONSCIOUSNESS. In its early stages it is little more than the basic animal instincts and tendencies due to his animal nature of his physical body. Eventually his consciousness become more human in expression, which means that he is neither animal or divine but an animal plus a divine entity as it is said in the S.D. (Secret Doctrine.) He is constantly vacillating between these two stages which, in turn, causes the great battle between the pairs of opposites: the urge of the SPIRIT, expressed through Soul impulses, and the attraction of matter in satisfying his physical desires and the desire for power and glory. Then follows the stage of Group Consciousness which is the awareness of the sum-total of greater Wholes. Man spends many series of incarnations in the lives of his animal nature, his emotional and mental natures with the spark of DIVINITY implanted within those forms. Then comes the conscious awareness of the group of disciples to which he belongs because of his predominant RAY. This group is guided by a Master representing the Spiritual Hierarchy which, in turn, is composed of the sons of men who are no longer FOCUSSED in the individual Self-Consciousness, but who have entered into an expanded view. Beginning with the group recognition, the disciples travels a long way and will finally arrive at the TOTAL Group AWARENESS of the GREATER LIFE in WHOM all forms have their being, the CONSCIOUSNESS of the PLANETARY LOGOS. Let us now consider the triple aspects of the threefold man. (T.O.W.M.) MONAD or POINT of LIGHT: expressing WILL/PURPOSE in co-operation with the Divine WILL of the LOGOS. The WILL aspect which enables the monad to participate in the UNIVERSAL PURPOSE. LOVE, the principle of BUDDHI, which was poured forth into the Soul, the mediator between the Monad and the Personality. INTELLIGENCE, which is transmitted via SOUL and manifests through the medium of FORM, the Personality. SOUL of REFLEXION of MONAD: expressing the principle of LOVE/WISDOM. The WILL is held in temporary suspension but it expresses itself through the MIND aspect of the personality and through the KUNDALINI Force. This force, when aroused in the proper way makes the final initiations possible and leads into the consciousness of the MONAD through the medium of the WILL aspect. LOVE is the outstanding quality and force of the SOUL LIFE. Through it the Soul can be in touch with ALL SOULS via the astral/emotional vehicle. By working on its own PLANE, the soul can be in touch not only with the meditating human souls, but also with the animal or subhuman souls, and through the principle of BUDDHI, the second aspect of the Monad; it also gets in touch with the Monad or Point of Light. KNOWLEDGE, this aspect is brought into touch with the INTELLIGENCE of all cells of the triple mechanism. PERSONALITY, the CHANNEL for the SOUL: PRANA, the activating ENERGY, which seems to use the brain as its main center for activity to direct the functions of the physical body. This ENERGY seems to form a TRIANGLE with the BRAIN, the HEART and the LUNGS. PRANA is the microcosmic SYMBOL for SPIRIT. The nervous system with its nerves and nerve centers and all the interrelated sensitive parts of the entire sensory mechanism that produces full awareness and sensitivity of the entire human being. Through outer and inner GROUP activity, produced by the intricate nervous system, 3 major parts of the nervous system are demonstrated: · The cerebral-spinal system, · The sensory system of nerves, · The peripheral system of nerves, This network of interrelating and sensitive nerves is the SYMBOL for the SOUL and an OUTER visible form of an INNER spiritual REALITY. The physical body, a sum-total of bones, flesh and muscles, correlated by the nervous system and energized by the LIFE FORCE. Man can only CONSCIOUSLY function if he truly KNOWS HIMSELF. He must therefore experience all of his vehicles and be able to function in full consciousness through them. He must explore his physical vehicle and its counterpart or replica, the etheric vehicle or GOLDEN BOWL of LIGHT. The etheric body is composed of force currents and force centers. These nadis and force centers underlie the whole nervous system with its nerves and ganglia, its entire sensory mechanism. The force threads or nadis also link man’s etheric body with the etheric environing system. The etheric body is vitalized and controlled by thoughts and can therefore be consciously brought into full activity through THOUGHTS and NOT, as many believe, by breathing exercises. The vehicle most experienced by man is his astral vehicle because he is firmly focused in his emotional/physical nature, and he is more or less able to control his feelings and emotions, although a considered number of the masses are controlled by their emotions which often creates havoc in their lives. Man only began to use the minor faculties of his lower mind. His actions and thoughts are motivated by his desires for physical experiences, for power and material possession and for glamour. He therefore uses astral energy and forces to satisfy these desires. He has not yet developed his mental unit and his 3-fold mind is mostly latent, except for the lower mind aspect with its brain and intellect. The 3 major stages of the dual evolutionary process could be analogically compared to the growing up of a child. At first, a child has to become consciously aware of his physical body and must learn how to use it for various physical functions. Later he becomes consciously aware of his surroundings and his individual feelings and reactions to it and to the people. Finally he has to learn how to use his mental faculties and how to co-ordinate the triple aspect of his make-up. With the constantly increasing knowledge about man’s dual nature, his various vehicles, the 7 Rays with their 7-times 7 differentiations, the force centers and the tremendous web of interrelating and interlocking energies and forces, man will eventually be able to shift his focus to the mental plane and recognize the various energies and forces that pound upon and penetrate his vehicles. He will be able to distinguish between the life of the Soul and the life of the personality. Then he will consciously build his vehicles by replacing the low-vibrating coarse matter with a higher-vibrating refined substance and thus make his vehicles more sensitive and highly responsive to soul impulses. But we should never concentrate on any of the force centers or on particular points in the evolutionary process of expanding consciousness. We should constantly PURIFY our actions and THOUGHTS and thus raise them to a higher level. By consciously doing that, we will in time automatically recognize the point or stage reached in our individual evolution of consciousness. In order to recognize the various energies and forces as well as their qualities and functions, we also have to study the force centers, but we should never concentrate or focus our attention on these centers for the purpose to open them up for the influx of new forces and energies because in order to do that without pain or damage to the vehicles, we must have a sound esoteric knowledge which only can be achieved after we have learned how to live as souls on the physical level and in full consciousness which, at the time being, is impossible for the average man. The fact is also, that the opening of a particular force center is done automatically when the right moment arrives and the vehicles are well prepared through constant purification that they can withstand the impact and influx of certain energies and forces. It cannot be emphasized enough that too much damage WAS, ID, and WILL be done through the pre-mature opening of force centers. On the other hand, by far not enough emphasis is placed on PURIFICATION which can be done by anyone, regardless at what point of evolutionary development he is. That is so rarely done in the right way because the human being is the most deluded and the most glamorous entity among all. Humanity is in urgent need of those who are clear-headed and sincere in their search for TRUTH without the self-glorification and the delusions which arise from the astral and lower mental regions which are closely interwoven and which man has filled and populated with his most distorted thought forms about divine principles and divine qualities. Man must become much more truthful with himself, about himself, and about his innermost motivations in order to eradicate this habitual weakness of self-glorification and self-deception. He should always remember that he himself is the one who creates his own path by using his own substances to build the BRIDGE of LIGHT which will become the path of contact between the Monad or Point of Light and the personality.

Shar's Essays #1:THE PRINCIPLE OF PAIN

Humanity holds a unique position in the universal scheme of things. It is, in fact, an integral part of two distinct worlds: it is the 4th Kingdom of Nature and also belongs to the Kingdom of Souls. As the 4th Kingdom of Nature, humanity comes under the domain of the Laws of Nature which are therefore imposed upon humanity. But humanity is also endowed with the Mind which enables man as a member of humanity to think. This capacity of conscious thinking, which is a Soul quality, places man and humanity as a whole into the Kingdom of Souls and under the Laws of the Soul. Both sets of laws are nevertheless divine or universal laws and as such immutable. Humanity as a whole and man as an integral part of humanity have to experience the substances and entities of the three lower worlds of physical manifestation. They are therefore exposed to an array of forces and energies which prevail and pervade these three lower worlds in which man is focused and functions. Without the Laws of nature which are imposed upon man and intended to protect and guide him, man would become completely lost in the maze of forces and energies. With the guiding force of Nature and her immutable Laws man learns how to cope with the various forces and energies that beat upon his vehicles. It is very hard for the average human being who is still strongly focused in his physical-emotional world to realize that there is a definite purpose behind all this pain and suffering he has to experience while living and functioning on the three lower planes of the physical world. He often doesn’t even consciously realize that he steadily expands his consciousness and comprehension of the three worlds of which he is an integral part. He responds to all the forces and energies which pound upon his vehicles more or less consciously according to the degree of consciousness and comprehension. However, whether he consciously or unconsciously responds, disobeys or evades the Laws of Nature, he has to bear the often painful consequences. Thus, through the mechanism of pain and suffering, man learns his most valuable lessons. He learns how to recognize and distinguish forces and energies by their qualities and learns how to use them wisely and ultimately how to control them. Through eons of time and many incarnations, man is steadily improving his sensitivity and response. Like an apprentice in the three lower worlds of physical manifestation he gains his knowledge through a process of trial and error. This apprenticeship comes to its close when man has established a firm contact not only with his personality but also with his Soul. At that point, the innate qualities of his personality according to his ray will have become unfolded and fully integrated and man has become a soul-infused personality. Humanity as a whole will also attain this point of achievement and then enter as a unified Whole the Kingdom of Souls. But this is a long way from now and will only be possible at the so-called “Judgment Day” which will be in the middle of the 5th round of our globe Earth which now approaches the end of its 4th round. One round covers seven world periods and one world period covers seven root races. The present root race is the fifth in our Solar System. Our Solar System is the second and is of the 4th order. It is a dual system and is governed by the Second Cosmic Ray of PURE REASON which is, as everything else in the Second Solar System, DUAL in itself, expressed as LOVE/WISDOM. Our planet Earth forms part of the 4th planetary Chain and is the 4th Globe in this Chain. The 4th Globe Earth and the 4th Creative Hierarchy, representing Humanity as spiritual entity, are governed by the Fourth Cosmic Ray of HARMONY through CONFLICT. At the present time, humanity as a personality is still in the phase of CONFLICT, and conflict, as we all know only too well, causes pain and suffering. The influence of the 4th Cosmic Ray will be even stronger when it will be in cyclic manifestation, which will take place during the fifth round of our planet. Then humanity as a whole will have the opportunity to experience the HARMONY which it achieved through this CONFLICT. Then humanity as a whole will have reached the firm contact with its Soul and consciously begin to function on the higher planes of the Soul. It then will be released from the dominance of the Laws of Nature because by then man in general will have learned how to recognize, distinguish, and control the substances, forces and, energies of the lower three worlds of manifestation. He will be able to function automatically in these three worlds because by then his knowledge has fallen under the threshold of consciousness and his functions have become automatic like those of breathing and walking. Such a process of perfecting the various mechanisms of the human being and humanity as a whole takes eons of time and innumerable incarnations during which the individual must learn how to handle and to control a great many forces and streams of energies which cyclically govern the three lower worlds and his vehicles. His personality Ray will change almost with each incarnation and his personality is therefore constantly dominated by a particular Ray. The qualities of such a Ray will greatly influence man’s response which may be positive or negative, depending on man’s degree of consciousness and subsequent comprehension because the energy itself is impartial. A true learning process is always, in some way or another, rather painful for those who are undergoing it because it requires experiences in the future fields of expertise. Those experiences become even more intense and often more painful when they require sensitive instruments, such as the physical, emotional and mental vehicles of a human being. Each learning process also has its definite cycles which are designed to achieve a certain level of expanded consciousness and the subsequent comprehension of this level which enables man to function consciously and more efficiently on this level. Man, being endowed with a Mind, is able to think and consciously relate CAUSE and EFFECT, that which causes him so much pain and suffering and is distinctive ONLY of the 4th Kingdom of Nature, Humanity. This ability to think and consciously relate cause and effect cannot be found in any other kingdom of Nature nor in the superhuman Kingdom of Souls. The ability to respond to pain and the capacity to suffer constantly heightens man’s sensitivity and brings it to full unfoldment because of its steadily increasing degree. Thus man as an individual and humanity as a whole will gradually become a highly sensitive instrument for impressions not only from his fellow human beings but also from the subhuman as well as from the superhuman kingdoms. When humanity as a whole will have achieved this goal and will have become a supersensitive instrument that can easily receive and respond to impressions from the subhuman and superhuman kingdoms, it will be ready and can begin to fulfill its destined purpose as an integral part of the divine scheme. The destiny of humanity is to wisely rule the subhuman kingdoms and become the mediator between the three lower kingdoms of Nature and the Kingdom of Souls.

The Difference Makers Global

I awoke early, as I often did, just before sunrise to walk by the ocean's edge and greet the new day.  As I moved through the misty dawn, I focused on a faint, far away motion. I saw a youth, bending and reaching and flailing arms, dancing on the beach, no doubt in celebration of the perfect day soon to begin. 

As I approached, I sadly realized that the youth was not dancing to the bay, but rather bending to sift through the debris left by the night's tide, stopping now and then to pick up a starfish and then standing, to heave it back into the sea.  I asked the youth the purpose of the effort. “The tide has washed the starfish onto the beach and they cannot return to the sea by themselves,” the youth replied. “When the sun rises, they will die, unless I throw them back to the sea.” 
As the youth explained, I surveyed the vast expanse of beach, stretching in both directions beyond my sight. Starfish littered the shore in numbers beyond calculation. The hopelessness of the youth's plan became clear to me and I countered, “But there are more starfish on this beach than you can ever save before the sun is up. Surely you cannot expect to make a difference.”

The youth paused briefly to consider my words, bent to pick up a starfish and threw it as far as possible. Turning to me he simply said, “I made a difference to that one.”

What Difference Do We Make?

Thoreau once observed that “Most men lead lives of quiet desperation and go to the grave with the song still in them.”  We’ve come face-to-face with this quiet desperation – or what we call The Aching – and we’ve discovered how closely the feeling corresponds to how resolutely we answer that question – “What difference do I make?”

Money is great, but still we seek out... Fame and recognition are nice, but still we yearn for... Romance and travel are terrific, but still we call for...MORE. You're reading this because you've found sincere joy in service and solutions. You already know the secret to happiness and desire to share that secret with your friends, family, neighbors, community, and world.

We are members of a generation that is on the forefront of an expanding world consciousness; our vantage point allows perspectives that our parents’ generation did not have.  For us, the world is flat, and for the first time, we are aware of our place in an enormous, global community.  But if we were to go deeper, we might see the essence of the word community…

We, The Difference Makers, have a calling to bring our energy and talents into a collective force that goes out into the community and creates solutions.

It’s taken us awhile to figure this out -- 30 years! -- but as it turns out, we can do a lot.  Our Project Everlasting mission to increase love in the world, one heart at a time, is constantly being fulfilled before our eyes. We get to witness healthy relationships being restored on a daily basis; people are remembering that everlasting bliss called Love. We CAN make a difference – nay, we ARE making a difference.  And so are you, which is why you’re reading this Vision Statement right now, at this critical juncture in your life.

The Mission

You are reading this because we believe you are one who holds the same consciousness of Loren Eisley’s evolved boy on the beach.  You are a practiced leader of self, but also a leader of other leaders.  You have an innate ability and a compelling desire to help people achieve greatness in every aspect of their lives, including spirituality, wealth, relationships, and creativity.  You have a track record of turning ideas into gold and you have a thirst to show others how to do the same.  The bottom line is, you don’t just ache to someday make a difference in the world – you are doing it right NOW.

You are a Difference Maker.

And so we invite you to join a collective of like-minded souls who hold the belief that our individual world-shaping energies could be greatly enhanced by the principle of 1+1=3. As a collective, we have the power to create a vehicle that speaks results with a clarity and practicality that inspires billions of people to shift into an awareness that we are a global community that is yearning to commune as One.

Our Objectives:

  • To arrange The Difference Makers collective, a cohesive group of high-intentioned creators who have chosen to devote a significant portion of their lives to increasing love, peace, and sustainable abundance in the world.
  • To facilitate an idea-rich dialogue within the collective that manifests into extraordinarily creative answers for this question: How can we inspire humanity -- from next-door neighbor to the nation on the other side of the world -- to be the change, make the difference, and tell the story right now?
  • To design/produce/operate multiple media platforms that allow everyone, including but not limited to The Difference Makers collective, to distribute inspiring, positive stories of world-shaping efforts and results.
  • To create an economically-viable and profitable business that gives passionately and receives gratefully, always mindful of this spiritual truth: We lack nothing but distribution – our nature is pure abundance.
